Terms and conditions

These conditions apply to every order placed through this website. By ordering you accept them.

A card is personal, non-transferable and valid for twelve months from the date of issue. It remains valid as long as you meet the conditions of the status.

Prices are in euro, including VAT. Your order is final once payment is received and your proof of status is approved.

You have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. That right lapses once the digital card has been activated at your express request. If your application is rejected, we refund you in full.

Benefits are offered by independent partners. They set the conditions and may change them. ISIC Belgium is not a party to those agreements.

Our liability is limited to the price of the card, except in case of intent, gross negligence or personal injury.

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
