A concrete example

Samira is a member of ISIC. She is travelling to New York with her friend Jools, also an ISIC member, and staying at the Hampton Inn Times Square South. Samira and Jools are therefore each paying the best possible price for their trip. To fill the four-person room, Jools' parents are also travelling with them. Her mother is an alumnus of Vlerick Business School and therefore only pays a surcharge of €50. Her father works at Infrabel, so he has to pay a surcharge of €100.

Is everyone in the four-person room an ISIC member? Then everyone benefits from the best net price.

These surcharges are settled by ISIC Belgium, represented by Belgian Youth and Student Services vzw, separately from the booking with the travel organisation. This settlement is done in consultation via email or WhatsApp with ISIC Belgium.
